| My dear, I know this email will look strange and surprising telling somebody I don t know about my life, please read my message very well before replying, my name is Ruhma Mohammed, I am Libya citizen by Nationality, I was born on the 2nd of August 1995, I am professional Nurse at the time I was Libya but presently in under the United Nations High Commission for the Refugee here in Dakar Republic of Senegal because of the war in my Country Libya that killed all my entire family and made me homeless.
I am a virgin as part of my culture and religion which I have also promised to Allah to keep my body reserved until I am married. I want you to understand me and not to take advantage of me because of my present situation as I lost my parents in this deadly political war that has damaged thousands of innocent souls in Libya, my family was among the first target of the rebels because my late father was a successful businessman and also a politician supporting the present government, my family was murdered in a cold blood and our family house was set blazed, I was lucky to have escaped the death because I was on my way to practice nursing in Dakar. I am the only surviving member of my family now presently taking refuge in the United Nations High Commission for the Refugee here in Dakar. My dear I have big hope here I am today that anyone who listens to me and help me out from this condition will not regret knowing me. My late father Dr. Mohamed Hassan was a politician and an international businessman. When my father was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading financial institution, which he used my name as the next of kin, the amount in question is ( Three Million Five Hundred Thousand US Dollars), this should be confident as I am only sharing it with you because of the good instinct I have about your kind heart. Because of my present situation, I am unable to receive this amount neither do I have a bank account, I am now a refugee and I want you to stand in place as my guardian to receive this money from the bank , I will compensate you with 20 % while the rest will be used in my settling down and a future investments. It is hard to think of something positive going through the trauma of losing my entire family who was wealthy to be a refugee, I am hoping that you are a good fear person who will not cheat me of my inheritance. I will be honest and transparent about everything since you are willing to help me. But if you know that you are not going to be honest with me, please do not bother to reply my email because I can not take anymore heartbreak, I am just a young career girl who want to make a better life for herself and everyone around here.
