Hello Bomhardt, You were right! You do like to write...a lot. Not a bad thing though. I believe that honesty is very important in any relationship and absolutely essential. Without it, trust can t happen. One thing kind of builds on another. I m glad that you don t mind the age difference. It is just a number, but as we get older it can make a difference. I don t have any real health problems yet, but have viral induced asthma when I get a cold. Nothing( serious, but very annoying a times. I take very few days off from work, some years none at all for illnesses. I have a great immune system built up because I work with first and second graders. They aren t the most sanitary beginnings. I can relate to the loss of your wife. I have lost my husband 6 1/2 years ago, seems like just yesterday and a long time ago. It was one of the hardest things that I ve ever been through. It s taken me a long time to heal and to be ready to explore the scary world of dating. Yes, as we get older it is easier to know what we want and what we need. No, I am absolutely not a game player. I wouldn t even know where to begin, so you can count on me for being up front, saying where I m at. I check my email a lot more since I got my I-pad. It s so much more portable and I use it for reading too. Generally, I m a pretty outgoing personality. Usually I enjoy talking to people, even strangers, and learning about them. There are times that I like to be quiet, usually to re-energize and recharge. I like to have friends over to share food and to play cards and visit. Usually friends from church get together once a month, lately on a Friday night. Everyone brings over food for a meal and snacks so it s not a burden for anyone. The women from church get together the last Saturday of the month for breakfast. It s a great time to visit and catch up on all the doings. Your Friend |
