I ve never enjoyed the present. I used to be anti-social and tried to spend more time at home after work. Why? Because we live in the Internet age and I just had to go to the Instagram page to send a message to my friends. I had a lot of messengers installed on my phone to send quick messages. When I was sitting alone at home on self-isolation, I acutely felt this problem. I realized that we rarely see our friends, we don t call them at all. Live communication has been replaced by emoticons in the phone. It gave me a shock! I asked myself why I hadn t seen this problem before. Because a dependent person will never admit that they are dependent. Having understood all this, I decided to fight it. Of course, not with the "12 steps" program( although this is a very effective program, on the basis of which the main part of psychological literature is written), I just deleted all social networks and messengers. I started calling my friends more often and making appointments with them. I started spending more time with my parents. I love cooking new dishes, watching documentaries, and reading books. I love historical films and riddles of history. I don t eat animal meat, but I love fish and seafood. I m crazy about spaghetti.
