These funds have been here in our bank for years without claim by anybody as the owner, or as one of the foreign Investors and Entrepreneur who the contract and supply project was awarded to you people which others have claimed their own accomplished contract works payment. This money has been in a Suspense Account without anybody running the account till date, nobody in our bank or my country knows anything about this money because I have kept all the information about this money very secret and confidential from anybody around me. You are the only person I have ever released the information about this money to you on trust and confidence. I don t want anybody in our bank or my country to know anything about the money till we finish everything with our bank and get the total funds claimed, release and transfer directly into your own personal or company bank account there in your country, before I will now resign my service with our bank. Then, get my Visa with other important traveling documents to come and meet you there in your country to share all the money together with you, according to the percentage we shall agree together without any argument or trouble. But we will first deduct 10% out from the total funds from where we will take our own money we spend in the process of the business before we now share the balance as agreed. This money now in our bank required somebody from a different country to come and make the claim as the real owner and, as one of the foreign investors and entrepreneurs who the contract and supply was awarded to here in 2010 with others. This will make our bank believe you and agree to release the money with the interest to you for transfer, into your account you will give them to transfer the money to you after all the legal procedures have been made here with your own name and information. But before you will have every right and authority to claim this money now in our bank without having any trouble or questions. Your own name and information must first be registered and programmed into our banking computer database contract file system. To prove and reflect you as the real owner, investor and entrepreneur who the contract works was awarded to as I earlier said. We can now hire a good and well experienced financial lawyer from my country Cote d Ivoire, to stand and represent you here in our bank and my country to process all the funds claim, release and transfer on your behalf, without encountering any trouble or to ask you any question. And there will be no stop over of the transfer to your account because everything is pure and completely 100% legal, genuine, real, legitimate and transparent. My only fear now over this money in such a state in our bank custody is that the government has established a new law that is against such deposit of funds with any bank without a claim. The law and instruction have been given to all government financial institutions in my country to transfer such funds to the treasury account. Or to the government reserve account as a deferred unclaimed overdraft payment. In accordance with the government Financial Constitution Act of 1976 in paragraph 10 of section 15 regarding these kinds of funds with a bank. These funds are not supposed to be with the bank after a period of several years. This money now has come to the last year to be with our bank without a claim. Some of our senior banking officials may embezzle the fund for their own selfish interests if they find out about this money.
