I understand this might not be your area of specialization but this would be another good source of income for any involved persons. If we reach an agreement to proceed, I will also guide you through the process so we can achieve success in this business. Herbal Extract HT-04 is used in the development of suppressive drugs for use in patients infected with various life-threatening diseases such as HIV, cancer and tuberculosis. This is due to its several properties such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and anti-viral properties. Our laboratory is in need of this product here in England and as such there is the present search for suppliers who would handle this. If you are interested, it would be another source of income as there is a good amount of profit to be made. The Herbal Extract HT-04 is to be exported to the United Kingdom where our pharmaceutical company is located. We lost our supplier due to covid related health complications and hence the need for a new supplier who has the capacity to handle the supply contract of the herbal extract. I would be explaining more about your involvement and requirements in this deal. Your involvement would be to act as the front seller for the product. You will buy directly from the production farm and supply the laboratory with the product. I got information where our previous supplier purchased from on the last shipment made to our facility as he left behind details of the dealer whom he purchased from and I noticed he buys at a rate of $9,170 and sells to our company at a rate of $22,570 per barrel. Your duty will be to buy from the production farm at a rate of $9,170 and sell to Newton laboratory at a rate of $22,570 per barrel.. Upon purchase from the production farm, they will handle the shipping to our laboratory in the UK. Newton laboratory would require between 20 to 200 barrels monthly. This would require a supplier who can afford to buy and supply to our facility on a 4-5 years contract. Please carefully review the mathematical price ratio per cost of a barrel at US$9,170.00 with a sell price of US$22,570.00 per barrel to our company after VAT and Tax. So a profit margin of US$13,400.00 per barrel would be made and my commission at 15% would be US$2,010 per barrel. Once we conclude on the percentage for my commission, I would draw up a memorandum of understanding which would bind our agreement on this. I propose between 10-15% commission from the profit as I would give you all information necessary to actualize this deal and guide you accordingly. After the MOU has been signed by you, I would then inform you on the procedure to contact our company s CPO, who is in charge of handling procurements. I would also give you details of the production farm from where our former late supplier purchased from. Usually, our laboratory sends some technicians to the supplier before supplying the Herbal extract but due to covid restrictions, our lab technicians have been unable to proceed with this. Hence you would be required to provide sample barrels (1 or 2 barrels). These barrels would be sent to our laboratory for testing and approval. Once we receive it, I will ensure our department works speedily on approval, so I can guide you accordingly to get the contract to the finish line. After the test samples have been approved, let s say you are willing to buy up to 65 barrels or more, you would then be required to send 63 or 64 depending on the number you sent for testing to make for the purchase of 65 barrels or more. It is not in line with my work contract to handle procurement contracts as I am only but an experienced senior research assistant; So I seek your consent to act as the front and help execute this project after which I will receive a commission from you which will come from the profit made..
