Near the city of Ruse. I can t be online all the time. I didn t even know if you received my letter or not, because the internet is not always available here. But I was pleasantly surprised that you answered me. Now I don t have my own computer so I can t write as often as I want. And I left my phone when I crossed the border. Few words about myself. My full name is Anzhelika. I am single now. Not children. I am 41. My last relationship ended 2 years ago. I was born and live in the city of Kherson in Ukraine. But by reason of war, I temporarily left my home. I thought that I would leave for a month, but I have been staying here for the third month. At the refugee center, I help clean the canteen and prepare meals. So I can take my mind off everything I ve been through in the last 2 months. I cannot write much to you now. Because I was only allowed to use the computer for 10 minutes. I wanted to try to find information about my parents, or at least find out news about my city. I see that my city is divided between Russia and Ukraine. And there is a war going on. I hope my house stays intact. I will try to write to you as soon as I have the opportunity. It s a bit difficult to live in a refugee center. But I want to remain optimistic. I promise to write you more in my next letter. Now I have to go to serve dinner and take in new refugees. I hope that our friendship will help me escape from this terrible thoughts. I have a few photos left on Googledrive and old letter from my friends. | Hello my xxx! I m sorry I haven t written all these days. I was only able to chek my email today. There was a woman in our room who was ill.
In such cases, this woman is taken to the medical office. And other people are closed for quarantine for 5 days. No, we do not sit indoors. We are just not allowed to communicate with other people and use common places. These are precautions against COVID. In this case, food is brought to our block. But we can t communicate with anyone. Fortunately no one got sick and today I can go to the office with a computer to write to you! I am glad to see your letter. March 1st was my birthday. I didn t celebrate it. But I was able to ask other people to buy dessert. and we drank tea together in our block. But it was a little hard to sit all these days in the same room.
