The bank said before i can be allowed to have access to this fund,that i will have to present to the bank a foreign guardian who can help me for they believe I cannot handle such amount of money without help. I have gone to the bank several times with the certificate of deposit of this money to ask for help.for them to at least give me little money to be able to feed myself for i am suffering so much but they told me that the money is in a fixed deposit account.That i have to do what my father signed in the deposit agreement with them.I can not leave the country because i have no money on me and i do not have a passport that is why i am asking for your help. I will want you to come here so that we can go to the bank together so that the bank will tell you what is needed of you to have this fund transfered to you.If you accept this please send to me a copy of your identity and your full address and phone numbers for me to be sure that you will not change your mind once this fund is transferred to your account and for me to also introduce you to the bank as my foreign guardian. As soon as i receive this,i will send to you the contact of the bank.
