Our pastor here in our refugee camp by name, Reverend Denis dim as i mentioned above is in-charge of our small church here in our refugee camp owns a computer in his office and is the only place i check my email. The pastor is kind and friendly to everyone in the refugee camp and I really thank God for his life because he has been of much help to me since i came into the refugee camp here in Senegal. Please I will like you to call me today by 2:00 pm G.M.T of Senegal time through the Pastor s phone as i do not have any mobile phone of my own (Rev Denis Dim +221777084302 OR 00221777084302). I have informed the pastor about you and he accepted to let me talk to you via his mobile phone when ever you call to speak with me. So like as i said, please feel free to call me at any time any day from 11 am to 6 pm G.M.T of Senegal time, just tell the pastor your name and tell him that you want to talk with (Miss Larrah Williams) then he will inform me immediately. Please there is this secret which i will let you know now, and i will expect you to keep this piece of secret to yourself alone because i want only you and I to know this. When my father was alive, he deposited some money in a bank in Europe on my own name as the next of kin. The initial amount which he deposited then was ($ 8,600,000) ( eight million, six hundred thousand dollars ). I have the statement of the account and the death certificate of my father which i will send to you if u ask for it I have contacted the manager of the bank where the money was deposited in Europe through their email address to claim my father s money but the bank manager could not grand me access to withdraw the money rather he told me that refugees has no right to claim the money or even operate any bank but he advised me to appoint any foreign person to make my representative to claim this fund on my behalf, This simply means that anyone i choose and present to the bank can easily get my father s money transferred to his account. Please I need your help to stand on my behalf as foreign partner to transfer this fund to your own bank account over there in your country, After which you will withdraw from it and send to me to process my traveling papers to come over to your country to further my education and as well as to live a better life why the money remains for both of us. I don t know if what i wrote is understandable but i promise to explain more of it on the phone when you call me and i will immediately send to you both the bank contact details and my father s bank account information to help you communicate with the bank to confirm from the bank everything i have said then also to proceed to the next step immediately.
