I went fishing and I found a box by the sea shore partly buried in sand, I took the box and open it and I found money inside, I took the box home and I counted the money it was $13million. The next morning I took the money to a savings company in our community, to save it. I am suppose to take the money to the police but the fact is that they might take the money for themselves and if I inform the public about the money, the top government official (politicians) will convert the money for their personal use. There are several cases in Africa whereby public money ends up in the hand of top government official personal bank account in Asia, Europe and the U.S.A. When I took the money to the savings company, the manager asked me of the source of the money and I told him that the money was given to me by a partner to buy cocoa in Ghana. They accepted the money from me and deposit it but I was told that before the money can be withdrawn, my partner must write them for clarification. Please help me so that the money can be withdrawn from the savings company and your help will bring relief to my life, i have not been fishing some time now because my boat is damage. What you will do is to send the savings company mail and let them know that you gave me the money to buy cocoa for you in Ghana. Cocoa is use to produce chocolate. When the money is release we will use it to open a grocery store in your country or if you do not want to go into partnership with me, you will take 30% of the total amount of the money that will be release. With the 30% that I am willing to give you, it shows that I am not a greedy person and I begging you to help me. If the money is given to the government, the politicians will share it among themselves. All the aid given to Africa by Europe and American to help Africa were never used to help Africans, the leaders use the money for themselves.
