It may surprise you receiving this letter from me, since there was no previous correspondence between us. Let me start by first introducing myself properly to you. My names are Barrister Florence Hernandez (Esq.). I am a woman from Spain and i am a lawyer by profession. I am the personal Attorney to Late Engineer TUYEN MARC ADRIAN, who lived in Europe precisely in Spain with his family for over Thirteen years before their accidental death, during the December 2004, Tsunami disaster in Asia . So far all my efforts to get hold of a member of his family or relative to my late client proved abortive. Hence, I am contacting you. I am actually seeking your consent to present you to the company as the Next of Kin / beneficiary of my late client s belongings, so that the proceeds of this consignment can be release to you, and or ship to your address with their secure diplomatic arrangement. I shall provide all the legal documentations to back up your claim as my late client s Next of Kin. All I require is your honest cooperation to enable us achieve this transaction soonest. I wish to point out that 60% of this fund shall be for me, while 30% as your share for participating and 10% set aside to cover any expenses that we may incur during and after the course of this transaction.
