Greetings, It s nice to get your response. Let me explain what this transaction is about, so you can have an idea on how we proceed. Virgilio Wealth Management Srl is an independent investment firm that advises wealthy families with competence and integrity on the management of their financial assets. I write to seek your consent in a financial transaction that requires an absolute trust. As an investment expert with the below named asset management company and being the investment adviser to our clients, I handle all of our Investor s Direct Capital Investment Funds which includes direct deposits and investment for wealthy investors. In 2009, a Surinam Born Oil Merchant by name "Lady Maira Van der Merwe" made an investment valued at ("EURO 4,350,000.00") Four Million, Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Euro under our fixed deposit portfolio for a period of seven (7) years. However, Lady Maira Van der Merwe could not live to witness the maturity of his investment and profits due to the fact that she died on the 1st June 2009 in a plane crash from Brazil to France, which fell into the Atlantic Ocean and as a bank, we must wait for a minimum of Six years for a next of kin to lay claims to the fixed deposit build in her case there was no such claims for she never left documented information for a beneficiary. Under law after Seven years we must turn the funds over to the European Central Bank (E.C.B) and 28% of the total funds will be granted to our Bank while the E.C.B confiscate the balance. With notice of the investment maturity, I have the privilege to first ask for your permission to present you as the Administrator of the late client s investment. The total sum will be shared as follows: 60% for us, 40% for you however, the transfer will be risk free on both sides. Please acknowledge receipt of this letter and if you find this proposal acceptable, do not hesitate to reply back.
