I am Lieutenant Arnette Baez of the United States Army; I am Lieutenant Currently in Libya for a peacekeeping mission. I was born on September 27, 1980. Before I performed my current assignments, I was Commander of the Lieutenant, American Army in Europe and Commander Commander of Alliance Ramstein, Germany, and Director of the Joint Air Competence Center in Kalkar, , 2010 until 31 July 2012. I am responsible for the US Army s 3rd Army operations in an area of activity that covers almost one-fifth of the globe. This area includes 51 countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East as well as the Arctic and the Atlantic Ocean, with a population of nearly one billion people speaking over 80 languages. I also had administrative control of the 17th US Army, providing support, logistics and resources to the US Command in Africa. Previously, I served as Assistant Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) for Military Assistance and Associate Director of Military Affairs, Central Intelligence, Washington, and Dublin from August 2008 to December 2010. As ADMA I served as Assistant- Advisor to the CIA Director for Military Affairs and was the main bridge between the CIA and the Department of Defense for the coordination and planning of military and inter-agency operations. They also helped me formulate CIA policies on military issues, managed direct support for deployed forces, and led the director of CIA representation in command of fighters and universities. In May 2012, I was nominated for the US Army Lieutenant. On July 19, 2012, I testified to the Senate Armed Forces Committee of his confirmatory hearing and sworn in as a lieutenant in the US Army in August 2012. I was born in California, United States and joined the United States Army in June 1997 as who graduated from the Academy of the American Army. I was appointed to numerous operational, command and staff positions in Asia and Europe before I moved to Libya where I am currently serving as UN Security Force Lieutenant for a peacekeeping mission.
